InfoLogix is led by an experienced management team of senior healthcare, commercial and information technology executives. Our senior management team includes:
David T. Gulian
President & Chief Executive Officer
David T. Gulian, 45, co-founded InfoLogix in 2001 and serves as our President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Gulian has served as a member of our Board of Directors since November 2006 and as a member of the Board of Directors of InfoLogix Systems Corporation, our wholly-owned subsidiary, since 2001 which he founded. Mr. Gulian guided InfoLogix from a privately held company to a publicly traded company on NASDAQ raising over $17 million in initial capital and over $40 million in growth capital to date. He has acquired and integrated several technology and IP companies at InfoLogix.
Mr. Gulian has over 20 years of industry experience with leading information technology and enterprise mobility firms including extensive experience in the mobile technology space for commercial and healthcare industries working with over 2000 hospitals and Fortune 500 companies. Setting the vision, he has cultivated business for product and go to market strategies for all entities and subsidiaries of InfoLogix.
Prior to the formation of InfoLogix, Mr. Gulian co-founded, and from 1996 to 2001 served as President of, Prologix, a provider of mobility systems and wireless platforms. Prologix merged with Datavision in 1999. Prior to Prologix, Mr. Gulian was the Vice President of RF Mobile Solutions from 1994 to 1996. Mr. Gulian has provided advisory services to multiple companies and boards through the years.
John A. Roberts
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Roberts joined as Chief Financial Officer in September 2006. His prior experience includes CFO of Clarient, Inc., a provider of diagnostic laboratory services. From 2003 to 2006, he was Chief Financial Officer of Daou Systems, Inc. Mr. Roberts also held positions of corporate development officer for MEDecision, Inc. and CFO for HealthOnline.
Eric N. Rubino
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Rubino was previously Chief Operating Officer at SAP America, Inc. As their 80th employee, Mr. Rubino held several positions within SAP America including Senior VP, General Counsel and Vice President, General Counsel. Mr. Rubino was also the Chief Operating Officer at Neoware, which was acquired by Hewlett Packard, before joining InfoLogix Inc. He is a member of the American Bar Association.
Jim Way
Vice President of Strategic Healthcare Services
Mr. Way is responsible for the full scope of InfoLogix’s healthcare mobility and consulting organizations. Prior to InfoLogix, Mr. Way was Vice President of Managed Services at Siemens Health Services, the fastest growing service division within Siemens, representing over $100 million in revenue and 750 employees. In addition to leading all IT operation functions for 43 outsourcing sites, serving over 100 hospitals and 800 clinics, Mr. Way previously served as CIO at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Lancaster, PA,
as well as Regional CIO of Information Services for Franciscan
Health System in Exton, PA.
Brian Thorn
Senior Vice President, Enterprise
Mr. Thorn joined InfoLogix as the Senior Vice President responsible for the commercial and enterprise division of the organization in September of 2008. Prior to joining InfoLogix, Mr. Thorn held a series of progressive leadership roles in the Supply Chain and Mobility Software and Services industries; most recently Mr. Thorn served as Vice President and General Manager of Catalyst, a business unit of CDC Software that focuses of global delivery of SAP Supply Chain Execution solutions.
Gerry Bartley
Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Healthcare Consulting
Mr. Bartley joined InfoLogix with the company’s 2007 acquisition of Healthcare Informatics Associates. Mr. Bartley has over 30 years experience in the healthcare environment and has served in senior management positions on all sides of Healthcare Delivery, including as CIO of two major medical centers and VP of Healthcare Outsourcing for large government and healthcare outsourcing corporations.
Michael D. Talerico, Sr.
Senior Vice President, Delta Health, an InfoLogix Company
Mr. Talerico joined InfoLogix in 2008 with the acquisition of Delta Health Systems. Mr. Talerico brings more than 35 years of healthcare experience in marketing and managing major consulting projects designed to improve operating costs. Mr. Talerico has managed healthcare consulting firms both nationally and internationally, directing projects in North America, South America and Mexico.
Michael D. Talerico, Jr.
Vice President, Delta Health, an InfoLogix Company
Mr. Talerico joined InfoLogix in 2008 with the acquisition of Delta Health Systems. Mr. Talerico brings more than 10 years of healthcare consulting experience to InfoLogix, with expertise in Strategic Cost Management Programs. Mr. Talerico has implemented programs Surgery and Floor Nursing departments, and has assisted in detailed organizational studies of various hospital and healthcare facilities which, upon completion, has yielded these organizations significant cost savings.
